I am a 27-year-old Mom to two girls who are 3 years old and almost 2 years old and wife to a mid-thirties husband. We love reviewing almost anything, so don't hesitate to ask if your product/brand is unique!
Working with me for a review is a great way to get your products and website seen by thousands. My blog reaches nearly 3,500 unique visitors per month, with over 15,000 page views each month. I have almost 700 subscribers via Google Friend Connect and almost 700 subscribers to my email feed. TCC also reaches over 600 Facebook fans and garners attention from nearly 800 Twitter followers...and we're growing by leaps and bounds at every angle right now. In November of 2010, TCC received almost 5,000 unique site hits. Because of my hiatus from blogging, our "numbers" took a hit. We were expecting it so we're working double-time right now to catch back up to our old stats...and then blow them out of the water. ; )
Here is the advertising package I offer to review sponsors:
- 1 dedicated blog post highlighting your website & specific product sent for review with a relevant story to how we use it
- Images of your products, logo, and brand name throughout the post
- At least 5 text links to your product page
- At least 5 text links to your website homepage
- Text links to other products I like from your site (most with images)
- Button advertising in my blogroll (125 x 125px - active for as long as the link is good!)
- Facebook and Twitter mentions (numerous times if a giveaway is done)
- If your product is be associated with my birthday party posts, I would link to your company on EVERY post about party planning and party coordination.
I am always seeking sponsors for Twitter Parties with giveaways for participants. Twitter Parties are a fantastic way to reach thousands of people in a short period of time and EDUCATE them on the benefits of your products, your brand, and shopping with YOU. Twitter Parties are becoming one of the most effective forms of online advertising! Creating a hype and a "buzz" about your product to thousands of people only encourages them to not only buy your products, but share their excitement with others - either online or in person. I have co-hosted parties with Fabric.com and Imagine Toys -- both huge successes! Please let me know if you're interested in working together from this angle and what sort of review/compensation you're offering to blog hostesses.
Besides product reviews and giveaways, there are several other ways to increase exposure of your brand and products through TCC. Paid advertising is available (find more info on that here) as well as Conference Sponsorship, either full or in-part (find more info on that here), and Sponsored Posts. Those are posts written by me on a topic of your choice. They are a minimum of 300 words and contain multiple text links to your site. They promote your product however you'd like. I am compensated monetarily for Sponsored Posts (current rate is $30 per post.)
Things you should know about working with TCC:
- I do not, under any circumstances, put pictures of my children's FACES on my blog or any other platform used by TCC for promotion. This does not mean I will not include pictures of them using products. It just means pictures won't include their faces.
- I prefer for giveaway items NOT to be sent to me, unless postage to the giveaway recipient is paid for. I prefer to notify sponsors and allow them to handle shipping and fulfillment.
- Sending me a product to review does not "guarantee" a positive review and promotion of the product. I provide HONEST reviews, but will never post a completely negative review of a product without contacting the sponsor first. (Negative reviews do not benefit me or the sponsoring company.)
If you're interested in working with me, I'd love to discuss any or all of these options further with you and if you have other ideas, I am all ears! I love getting creative with companies so please share your ideas with me! Don't hesitate to ask for more info on me, my blog, or what I can do for you and your company. Looking forward to hearing from you -- hey, why don't you just email me now? :)
