Hasbro My Little Pony Family Convertible Review

Its no secret that Hensley eats, sleeps, and breathes My Little Pony. I mean, she's not even two and she knows ALL their names! Ponies go everywhere with us...to the store, the pool, the beach, the tubbie, and of course, she has to have at least three ponies in bed with her every night. She brushes their hair, pretends to feed them, sets them all up in a line for races, she's got a whole thing going on with My Little Pony right now. And to be honest, I love it. I think its adorable that she's into such a girly toy. I LOVED My Little Ponies when I was a kid, so its not surprising that my Mini-Me is just as into them as I was.

Hasbro sent Hensley the My Little Pony Family Convertible to review and I wasn't surprised that she instantly fell in love with it. We already have a My Little Pony Ice Cream Truck that I got at a yard sale when she was around 6 months old, but it never had any Ponies or accessories, and now that little Daycie wants to do everything her big sister does, things got a little hectic when the "Pony Truck" came out to play. ; ) Thankfully, the Family Convertible came with two ponies, Baby Pinkie Pie (aka "Baby Pony in Diapie" around here) and Pinkie's Mommy (aka Mommy Pony") and LOTS of fun accessories. Baby Pinkie Pie has a snap-in car seat and Mommy has a grocery bag, a briefcase, and a travel mug. Hensley has decided that the briefcase is a "Pah-kah-book" (Pocketbook) and the Travel Mug is "Baby Pony in Diapie's" Sippy Cup. Adorable!!! She's also very into the fact that the Convertible can hold lots of ponies. She crams at least seven or eight in there and then hold her little palms up and says, "Who dive, Mommy?" (Who's going to drive, Mommy?) The driver's door opens and closes, which provides Daycie with hours of entertainment. LOL

There are so many things to love about this toy! The price is FANTASTIC at just $19.99 and I feel like you get SO much for that price. The car, the TWO ponies, and four accessories! I also really like the size of the car. Its small enough that she can pick it up and carry it around, but large enough that she can push it while walking behind it. The Family Convertible comes in a large box with everything well-displayed, making it an excellent choice for a birthday gift. I highly recommend it and all the other My Little Pony toys! MLP is back in action and better than ever, but the quality we've always known with Hasbro definitely still resonates in the new generation of My Little Pony toys.
